Environmental policy
Storköksbyrån i Stockholm AB is a consultancy company that
analyses, plans and inspects restaurants and institutional kitchens.
The services we offer include everything from the concept and development
stage to follow-up of the end product.
We will run our operation with an overall view that is adapted to
ecology and economizing of natural resources as well as a natural
recycling process. We will carry out our assignments in a way that
meets the quality and environmental requirements of our clients, coupled
with continuous efforts to reduce negative effects on the environment.
Besides adapting to current environmental legislation we will reduce
and provide against effects on the environment by:
creating a dialogue between ourselves and our clients, considering
environmental aspects of the projects
making environmental demands on our suppliers and subconsultants
effectively limiting the exploitation of natural resources
in our office work
purchasing environmental friendly and certified products
using environmental friendly transportation
sorting our waste products
All our staff are continually taking part in instruction about environmental
issues, to ensure that our environmental goals are reached.
